Abstract:The auto ultrasonic detective system used in the motor back axle circle is introduced. The knockdown micro detective head is designed and it is realized that motor back axle circle seam is automatically detected with ultrasonic. Having the function of automatically judging, sitting, recording and marking the flaw, this system can record the full view flaw wave of circle seam. The operation is simple and utility. This method has used in production.
