抽屉窑升温过程的数学模型和控制方法研究

摘    要:本文利用传热传质辐射等基本关系,导出了抽屉窑升温过程的数学模型.该模型是以九联立非线性常微分方程组来描述的.模型简化后与辨识器结合以跟踪过程动态特性的变化.在此基础上,给出了PID参数分散自校正的调节方案,数字仿真验证了理论的可行性、有效性。

Abstract:In this paper, with the application of the fundamentaltheory of heat-transfer, quality-transfer and radiation etc, a mathma-tical model which is discribed by 9*9 nonlinear differential equationshas been developed for shuttle kiln temperature-increasing process.The reduced model is identified to trace the dynamical process.On thebasis of this, a PID algorithms with decentralized parameter self-tuneis presented.The feasibility and the efficiency of the theory have beenchecked by digital simulation.
