二硫化镍空心微球的制备和表征

摘    要:以NiCl2.6H2O和Na2S2O3.5H2O为原料,在150℃较低温度的水热条件下制备了NiS2空心微球,用XRD和SEM对产物进行了表征,NiS2粉体的X射线衍射的衍射峰均与标准衍射图一致(JCPDS:653 325,立方晶系,a=0.567 8 nm),SEM图表明产物是分散较好的空心微球,微球直径为2μm,空心球壁厚为100 nm。并讨论了不同反应条件对产物的影响。

Abstract:NiS2 hollow microspheres were prepared by hydrothermal reaction between NiCl2·6H2O and Na2S2O3·5H2O at the low temperature of 150°C.The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effect of different reaction conditions on the nature of products is discussed.All the peaks can be indexed as a simple cubic lattic with the cell constant a = 5.678,which is consistent with the reported data for NiS2 (JCPDS Card File No.65-3325).SEM images reveal the products are hollow microspheres with good uniformity,the diameter of the microsphere is 2 μm and the thickness is 100 nm.
