| 摘 要： | 针对南水北调工程建设特点，讨论了该项工程的投资控制目标与投资控制措施等问题，指出只要认真做好投资分析，妥善处理索赔，严格控制工程设计变更，以及认真做好工程计量与支付等，就能做好施工阶段建设项目的投资控制。 |

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of the construction of North Water Diversion Project,this paper discusses some problems of the project such as the targets of investment control and the measures for investment control,and points out that as long as to make investment analysis earnestly,handle the claims properly,control the engineering design alternations strictly,and do well engineering measurement and payment,etc.,can the investment control of the project in construction stage be done well. |
