| Abstract: | This paper makes the feasibility study report about adopting upward strip mining in Xinyun Coal Mine by using three-zone theory,and through the study,proves that the method of first mining No.9 and No.10 coal seam first and then mining No.3 coal seam is feasible,therefore,if it meets favorable conditions,the upward strip mining is safe and reliable. |
