| 摘 要： | 基础测绘成果是国家或地方进行经济规划、经济建设及防灾减灾的必备资料，基础测绘的基本内容包括大地控制网建立、基本比例尺地图测量等。在已有测绘成果基础上，探讨了大同市经济发展特点及其对基础测绘提出的基本要求，以国家及行业测绘技术标准为依据，结合GPS技术、水准测量技术、数字摄影测图技术的特点，设计了大同市基础测绘技术方案。
