Analysis on the Influences of Internet on University Students' Study and Campus Life

The Internet, which has been well facilitated and widely used in universities at present, exerts increasingly growing effects on students’ study and campus life. The universities should take appropriate measures to guide students to use the online resources correctly and avoid their unfavorable influences, and promote the mental, emotional and academic development of university students. This paper expounds the popularity of Internet in universities and the Internet surfing status of university students, analyzes the positive and negative influences of Internet on students’ study and campus life, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on guiding students to use Internet correctly.
