| 摘 要： | 专利引文包括专利发明人引文和专利审查员引文,人们在进行专利引文分析时通常把两种引文一起作为统计数据,对于这两者的引文之间的差别及对引文分析结果的影响尚无人进行研究。详细介绍了专利引文及专利引文分析的相关情况,分析了专利审查员引文与专利发明人引文之间的差别及其对专利引文分析结果的影响,例证了专利审查员引文分析的重要性和实用性,指出了专利引文分析的关键问题及未来发展。
