| 摘 要： | 介绍了科技型中小企业技术创新基金和科技查新的定义及关系,针对查新人员如何从容应对创新基金查新高峰,为创新评估提供更优质高效的查新咨询服务提出了3点建议：查新人员与技术人员合作完成一份规范的查新委托合同、注意创新基金查新的时效问题、促使委托人正确对待查新。
