| 摘 要： | 对2001—2011年的民族高校图书馆管理服务工作从理念、读者服务、信息服务3个主要研究方面进行了回顾,分析了其在制度、理念、体制、服务技术手段等方面存在的问题,并对民族高校图书馆管理服务的未来发展做了展望,以期对我国民族高校图书馆更好地开展管理服务工作提供指导和借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the management and service of minority university libraries from 2001 to 2011 from three main research aspects of the concept, reader service and information service, analyzes some problems existing in the regimen, concept, system,and technical means, etc., looks forward to the prospect of the future development of minority university libraries’ management and service so that to provide the guidance and reference for minority university libraries’ better management service. |
