数字参考咨询中信息不对称问题研究

采用信息不对称理论中的博弈论,对数字参考咨询服务中的咨询馆员与虚拟读者在信息传递中的失真问题进行了研究和分析,并建立了信息不对称模型,通过分析模型,提出了相应的抑制和消除数字参考咨询服务中信息不对称现象的路径和对策,以达到帕累托最优。

Research on the Information Asymmetry in Digital Reference Service

This paper researches and analyzes the distortion in the digital Rreference service when transmitting information between reference librarians and virtul readers by using the game theory of asymmetric information theory,and sets up the model of information asymmetry,and through analyzing the model,puts forward the corresponding ways and countermeasures for controlling and eliminating the phemoninon of information asymmetry in the digital reference service so as to achieve Pareto optimality.
