高校图书馆员工素质模型构建研究

通过对素质模型及其相关理论研究,采用问卷调查归纳出影响图书馆员工素质的关键要素,运用层次分析法(APH法)确定了其优先权重,在此基础上构建了高校图书馆员工的通用素质模型,为实现图书馆的发展战略和馆员个人的利益提供了通用的工具和方法。

Research on the construction of Staff Quality Model in University Library

Through research on the quality model and its relevant theories,this paper sums up some key quality elements influencing library's staff quality adopting the questionnaire survey,determines their priority weight by using AHP(analytic hierarchy process),and based on this,constructs a commonly used university library's staff quality model,which provides a commonly used tool and method for realizing library's development strategy and librarians' personal interests.
