摘    要:正位鼓轮是矿用装载机铲斗回中机构的核心部件,其直径和回转的角速度对工作性能有直接的影响,通过建立鼓轮曲面的数学模型,利用计算机数值模拟的方法,分析研究了展开线为直线的空间螺旋线的正位鼓轮的特性,为定量地比较和评价装载机的装载性能、改进其结构与参数提供了理论方法和有效手段。

Abstract:An aligning drum wheel is a key part of aligning mechanism of a scoop loader for mining. Its diameter and revolving angular velocity exerts a direct influence on working performance of the machine. The performances of aligning wheel with space helix which can be unfolded into a straight line are analyzed and studied by setting up mathematical model of the wheel camber, and applying computer digital simulation. The practice provides a theoretic method and an effective way for quantitatively comparing and appraising the loading performance of the loader, as well as improving its structure and parameter.
