我国工业企业科技经费支出结构的信息熵变化研究

摘    要:使用信息熵方法对我国1995--2011年的工业企业科技经费支出情况进行了时间序列分析,得出以下结论:过去的近20年中我国工业企业科技经费支出信息熵和均衡度呈现波动下降状态,偏离度则呈逐渐上升趋势,体现了我国工业企业科技经费支出结构由低集中度向高集中度转移。相关性分析结论为:科技产出中的绝大部分指标、三次产业发展均与信息熵为负相关关系,即科技成果增多、产业发展会使工业企业科技经费支出结构集中度得到提高。

Abstract:In this paper, we conduct time sequence analysis to science and technology funds expenditures of industrial enterprises in China from year 1995 to 2011 based on information entropy method. The following conclusion: the information entropy and equilibri- um degree of our country science and technology funds expenditures of industrial enterprises in nearly 20 years in the past fluctuated downward, deviation degree is a gradually rising trend, which reflects the structure of science and technology funds expenditures of en- terprises in our country transfers from low concentration to the high concentration. Correlation analysis conclusion is: the most indica- tors, three industrial development in the scientific and technological output have negative relationship with information entropy, increase in scientific and technological achievements and industrial development will improve the concentration of expenditure structure of indus- try enterprises.
