金钗石斛试管苗壮苗培养和光合速率的检测

摘    要:选用金钗石斛(Dendrobium nobileL ind l)种子播种在固体、半固体、液体、滤纸拱桥液体培养基上,作种子萌发对比试验,最终研究结果:滤纸拱桥液体培养基上萌发率最高,可达90%以上。试管苗在添加或者未添加苔藓植物提取液壮根壮苗培养基上培养,最终研究结果为:前者平均每天苗净增长0.054 g,后者平均每天苗净增长0.082 g。这一实验结果充分证实了金钗石斛在未添加苔藓植物提取液的生长超过添加苔藓植物提取液生长的51.85%。光合速率的测定得出实验结果:金钗石斛第一功能叶的光合速率最高,其它功能叶依次递减。所有功能叶光合速率总平均值为2.60μmol.m-2.s-1。

Abstract:Several culture media including solid substrate,semisolid substrate,liquid substrate and liquid substrate of filter paper arch bridge were chosen to cultivate Dendrobium nobile Lindl seeds as a comparison trial for sprouting.The final outcome as illustrated in this article was obtained that the seed cultivated on the liquid substrate of filter paper arch bridge germinated more than 90%,in other words,its sprouting ratio was the highest.In order to make test-tube plantlets stronger,authors cultivated them on two sorts of substrates,one adding the distill-juice of bryophyta,another without anything.The experiments showed that plantlet cultivated on substrate with distill-juice of bryophyta increased 0.054g per day;on another plantlet increased 0.082g per day.From the trial,it was demonstratd that the latter increased 51.85% than the former.That weans Dendrobium nobile Lindl can lives well without the distill-juice of bryophyta.In addition,authors measured the rate of photosynthesis of Dendrobium nobile Lindl,and found that its first function-leaf had the highest rate of photosynthesis,other function-leaves decreased in file.The average rate of photosynthesis of all function-leaves was 2.60μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1).
