摘    要:双联熔炼适用于大型高牌号灰铸铁厚壁铸件的熔炼,通过对双联熔炼工艺路线中采取布袋除尘系统的冲天炉烟气正常及非正常排放的预测,提出避免冲天炉烟气非正常排放的烟气冷却系统及控制措施。

Abstract:Duplex melting is acceptable for melting technology of high-grade thick-walled casting which made of gray cast iron.This article forecasts the usual and unusual emission of duplex melting cupola flue gas which equips the filter bag dust removing system,and puts forward the flue gas cooling system and controlling measures to avoid the cupola flue gas unusual emission.
