激光微加工凹坑表面形貌摩擦特性的试验研究

摘    要:基于试验,研究了激光微加工表面的摩擦特性.采用Nd:YAG脉冲激光在Cr12合金钢试件表面加工出圆形凹坑,然后利用环块摩擦磨损试验机研究其对摩擦特性的影响.试验结果表明,和光滑的表面相比,深度为I10.7时,面积比率为5%的凹坑可显著降低摩擦系数,面积比率为17%的凹坑会使摩擦系数变大;面积比率为5%时,深度为I10.7的凹坑可显著降低摩擦系数,深度为I10.2的凹坑使摩擦系数变大;深度为I10.7,面积比率为10%的凹坑以及面积比率为5%,深度为I10.2的凹坑在400 r/min可降低摩擦系数,在200 r/min会使摩擦系数变大.

Abstract:The tribological property of the laser-textured surface is studied by experiment.The Nd:YAG laser is used to generate micropores on the Cr12 steel surface.Tribological experiments are conducted on a ring-block tribometer.The test results show that compared with the non-textured surfaces,when the depth is I10.7,the micropores with the area density of 5% can reduce the friction coefficient significantly,but it is opposite for the area density of 17%.When the area density is 5%,the micropores with the depth of I10.7 can reduce the friction coefficient significantly,but it is opposite for the depth of I10.2.When the rolling speed is 400 r/min,the micropores with the depth of I10.7 and the area density of 10% and the micropores with the area density of 5% and the depth of I11.2 can reduce the friction coefficient,but it is opposite for the rolling speed of 200 r/min.
