食品冷库除霜方法及其能耗分析

摘    要:分析比较了食品冷库制冷系统几种蒸发器除霜方法的优缺点、能耗情况及其适用场合,同时给出了热气融霜方法的热气流量计算公式,修正了热气融霜方法中排液桶的容积计算公式。

Abstract:Five kinds of defrosting ways including artificial clean, water washing, hot gas melting, electricity melting and compressed air defrosting , which are used in evaporator defrost of food cold storage, and the advantages and disadvantages of each way are discussed. The energy consumption for each defrosting way is analyzed and compared to each other. The paper also discusses the method to determine the economical frost thickness for artificial defrosting. The equation to calculate the hot gas flow volume in hot gas melting way is provided. And the equation for calculate the volume of liquid receiver in hot gas defrosting way, which is provided by some authority books, is also corrected here.
