摘    要:本文较系统地介绍了当代"第三代"光伏发电技术的发展,指出这一技术将取代现在正在迅速发展的"第一代"晶体硅和"第二代"薄膜光伏发电技术。在国外发展的"第三代"是"400倍、1000倍、2000倍聚光+高精度跟踪+高转化率、耐高温砷化镓聚光电池"的技术路线。在中国发展的是"太阳能炼硅+低倍聚光+跟踪+高效硅基聚光电池"的技术路线,其成本电价已下降到0.7元/千瓦时。

Abstract:The contemporary "Third-generation" technology—photovoltaic technology—is generally introduced to generate electricity,and it is pointed out that this technology will replace the "First-generation" and "Second-generation" photovoltaic technologies.There exist different ways for the development of the "Third-generation" photovoltaic technology in foreign countries and China.In China,this technology makes it possible for the cost of electricity to be decreased to RMB 0.7 per kilowatt-hour.A new aquatic photovoltaic technology "Solar Lotus" is also introduced to generate electricity.
