摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2柱撑蒙脱土,并将样品用于FCC汽油的脱硫。利用XRD、SEM、N2吸附/脱附和FT-IR分析技术对制备样品进行表征。考察了钛酸丁酯与Na-MMT的比例以及焙烧温度对样品结构和脱硫性能的影响。TiO2柱撑蒙脱土的比表面积为100~215m2/g,平均孔径为4.0~7.0 nm,总孔容为0.15~0.22 cm3/g。硫容量达到1.65 mg/g,是400℃焙烧原土硫容量的2倍。

Abstract:TiO2 pillared Na-MMT(Ti-MMT) samples for desulfurization of FCC gasoline were prepared by sol-gel method,and characterized by XRD,SEM,N2 adsorption/desorption and FT-IR.The effects of the ratio of tetrabutyl titanate to Na-MMT and calcination temperature on the sample structure and desulfurization capacity were investigated.For Ti-MMT,the BET surface area was in the range of 100-215 m2/g,the average pore diameter in the range of 4.0-7.0 nm and total pore volume capacity in the range of 0.15-0.22 cm3/g.The sulfur capality reached 1.65 mg/g,which was twice as much as that of Na-MMT calcinated at 400 ℃.
