三氧化二砷对黄鳝肝脏过氧化氢酶活性的影响

摘    要:用黄鳝为实验对象,采用毒性实验方法,选择不同浓度的三氧化二砷进行腹腔注射后,对所取得的肝脏的匀浆液进行过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性测定。结果表明:在实验剂量范围内,不同浓度的三氧化二砷对过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响具有极大的差异性。小剂量时,CAT活性升高,浓度增大时,CAT活性下降。

Abstract:Taking Monopterus albus as the experimental object, arsenic trioxide of various concentrations was injected into its abdominal cavity. And then the peroxide enzymatic activity on the basis of homogeneous solution, which was gotten from the live of the object, was determined. The result showed that arsenic trioxide of different concentrations influenced the catalase activity in great diversity. When a small dose of arsenic trioxide was infected, the CAT activity went up slightly. While, when the concentration of the injected arsenic trioxide rose, the CAT activity came down a little.
