| 摘 要： | 兴建三峡工程,开展库区百万大移民,建设和谐库区,充分反映了全国人民的根本利益。在构建和谐库区社会过程中,法治建设作为其基本特征和重要要求,意义尤为重大。构建三峡库区和谐社会需要我们结合库区法治实践,从多个方面进一步完善库区法治。

| Abstract: | It full represents the fundamental interests of the people that building the Three Gorges Project,launching activities for a million migrations,and constructing harmonious society of reservoir area.During the course of building harmonious society for Three Gorges Reservoir Area,as the basic feature and important requirement,the construction of ruling by law is of great significance.In order to being a harmonious society in Three Gorges Reservoir Area,we should combine with the practice of the rule by law,and then we will further perfect rule by law for Three Gorges Reservoir Area in different kinds of ways. |
