基于MATLAB的洁霉素温度控制系统的仿真设计

摘    要:发酵过程温度控制系统是典型的纯滞后系统,采用常规PID控制存在较明显的超调和较长的调节时间。采用Smith预估控制实现发酵温度过程控制,以洁霉素发酵温度控制系统为例,用MATLAB进行仿真设计,从仿真结果上可以看出,采用Smith预估控制能取得满意的控制效果。

Abstract:The temperature control system in the process of fermentation is a typical pure lag system. If we adopt regular PID to control temperature, there are obvious over- adjustment and long adjustment time. This paper adopts Smith predicted control system to control the fermentation temperature and taking lincomycin hydroch loride temperature control system as example, does simulation design based on MATLAB. The simulation result shows that we can get satisfactory result by using Smith predicted control system.
