摘    要:通过对半知菌亚门丝孢纲的三七黑斑病病原Altemaria panax whetz.和三七圆斑病病原Mycocentmspora acerina(Hartig)Deighton进行病株孢子接种,在较短时间内获得纯化的病原菌,从而探索出对半知菌亚门丝孢纲病原分生孢子分离纯化的新方法。

Abstract:Through inoculating the spore of sick plants of Alternaria panax whetz and Mycocentrospora acerina(Hartig) Deighton of Deteromycotina Hyphomycetes, the pure pathogenic bacteria have been obtained in a short time, and the new methods of separating and purifying pathogenic conidiophores of Deteromycotina Hyphomycetes have also been found.
