放射人员周围血象和免疫功能监测分析

对菏泽地区1998年放射工作者周围血象和免疫功能监测结果进行了分析探讨,结果表明放射因素对血小板和血红蛋白影响不大,而对白细胞和免疫功能产生影响,可引起两者代偿性升高和失代偿性降低,部分年龄组、工龄组间白细胞数和免疫功能异常的比例有统计学差异(P<0.5)。随年龄组、工龄组的增加出现波动趋势,存在代偿性升高和失代偿性降低的现象。因此,为保护放射工作者的健康,应加强放射卫生的防护和监督管理,特别是重点年龄组、工龄组的防护和监督管理。

Analysis of Peripheral Blood Picture and Immune Function of the Radiographers

The study of peripheral Blood picture and immune function of the Radiographers in Heze district in 1998, Shows that radiation give little influence on blood platelet and hemogl obin, however, it will influence white cells and immune function, which makes the compensation of the both higher, loss- compensation less; Proportion of abnormality of white cells and immune function is statistical difference because of age groups and standing groups (P <0. 5) . With the age and standing groups increasing, the compensation gets higher, the loss - compensation lower. Therefore, in order to protect the radiogaphers' health, protection and supervision of radiation should be paid more attention to, especially to those important age groups and standing groups.
