The Design of the State Observer of a Class of Linear Time Variant Systems

By making use of the design method of the state observer for linear time invariant Systems, We give a design of the state observer for the systems that state equation is time variant and observation equation is time invariant. The Design of the state observer for Linear time invariant System can be also obtained by this design method.
