石河子市社区居民糖尿病知识、态度、行为调查研究

了解石河子某社区居民糖尿病知识、态度、行为现状,分析其影响因素,为开展社区糖尿病综合防治提供依据。采用整群抽样抽取2888名居民进行问卷调查的方法。结果显示,社区居民糖尿病知识知晓率为22.8%,71.5%的居民对健康行为持积极态度,65.4%认为有必要预防,37.8%已采取预防措施,其中锻炼身体和平衡饮食使用频率最高。糖尿病知识、态度、行为与年龄和文化程度有关,与性别无关;糖尿病患者的知识、态度、行为优于一般人群,一般人群好于高危人群。由此可知,石河子社区居民糖尿病知识知晓率较低,高危人群知识、态度、行为均需改善,应加强健康教育,提高健康行为转化率,尤其是对老年人。

Survey on Residents＇ Knowledge,Attitude and Behavior of Diabetes among Communities in Shihezi

To survey and analyze the present situation and relevant factors of residents＇ knowledge（K）,attitude（A）, behavior（B） of diabetes, so as to provide evidence for community comprehensive prevention and cure for diabetes.Cluster sampling was employed to survey 2888 residents.Result showed that the awareness rate of diabetes knowledge was 22.8%;71.5% of residents hold a positive attitude,65.4% considered it necessary to prevent,37.8% had taken preventive measures,of which the physical exercise and a balanced diet was the most frequently used.The KAB of residents for Diabetes is associated with age and educational level,but not sex;The KAB of diabetes patients is better than the general population;the general population is better than high-risk groups.Awareness rate of Diabetes knowledge of residents in Shihezi is low.High risk residents should improve the knowledge,attitude and behavior on diabetes, especially for the aged and improve the conversion rate of health behavior.
