地面驱动螺杆泵井节点系统优化设计技术

摘    要:以油井生产系统为研究对象,采用节点系统分析方法建立了地面驱动螺杆泵井优化设计模型。在力学分析的基础上,推导并建立了地面驱动螺杆泵井抽油杆柱的应力计算模型。矿场验证结果表明,优化设计模型合理,建立的杆柱力学模型计算准确性高,可作为地面驱动螺杆泵井的生产设计和工作状况分析的理论基础和计算工具

Abstract:Based on the study of oil production system, a model for optimizing the production parameters of progressing cavity pumping wells is presented by using the nodal system analysis. The mathematical models for calculating stresses of rod string are developed on the grounds of mechanical analysis. The results of field experiments show that the optimizing design model is reasonable, and the calculation of the mechanical model is accurate. These models can become the theoretical basis and calculating methods for the design of production parameters and for the working condition analysis of surface drived progressing cavity pumping wells.
