摘    要:白子菜样品经45%乙醇提取后,以芦丁为标准品,用聚酰胺吸附-硝酸铝显色法于510nm处测定总黄酮含量.结果表明,白子菜植株总黄酮质量分数为1.43%,叶为1.16%,茎为2.60%,根为4.28%.研究结果可为利用白子菜生产黄酮类药用成分提供科学依据.

Abstract:Extracted by 45% ethanol,purified by polycaprolactam and the rutin was used as a standard compound,the total flavonoid content of Gynura divaricata (L.) DC.was quantitated by measurement of absorbance at 510 nm.The results show that the content of the whole plant is 1.43%,the leaves 1.16%,the stem 2.60%,the root 4.28%.This study will provide scientific basis on producing medicinal components of flavonoids from Gynura divaricata(L.) DC..
