| 摘 要： | 白子菜样品经45％乙醇提取后，以芦丁为标准品，用聚酰胺吸附-硝酸铝显色法于510nm处测定总黄酮含量．结果表明，白子菜植株总黄酮质量分数为1．43％，叶为1．16％，茎为2．60％，根为4．28％．研究结果可为利用白子菜生产黄酮类药用成分提供科学依据． |

| Abstract: | Extracted by 45% ethanol,purified by polycaprolactam and the rutin was used as a standard compound,the total flavonoid content of Gynura divaricata (L.) DC.was quantitated by measurement of absorbance at 510 nm.The results show that the content of the whole plant is 1.43%,the leaves 1.16%,the stem 2.60%,the root 4.28%.This study will provide scientific basis on producing medicinal components of flavonoids from Gynura divaricata(L.) DC.. |
