直管型与盘管型直流蒸汽发生器设计比较

摘    要:针对直流蒸汽发生器控制系统实验台架设计,在相同系统参数条件下对直管型和盘管型2种直流蒸汽发生器进行了设计比较,给出了热工水力设计的主要计算依据及相应数据结果.通过比较,虽然盘管型直流蒸汽发生器传热系数小,换热面积大,但由于其结构较直管型更紧凑,因而具有更大的实用价值.

Abstract:To the experiment platform designed for the control system of once-through SG, the calculation basis and data of water power design are given through comparing once-through tube with helical coil tube . Although helical coil has lesser heat exchange coefficient and biggish exchange area, the helical coil has more practicality because of its tight structure .
