摘    要:盆栽试验种植长喙田菁 ,栽培介质分别为纯铅锌尾矿 (T)、改性铅锌尾矿 (ST )和纯土壤 (S) ,对各处理长喙田菁茎瘤的豆血红蛋白和叶绿素含量进行分析。结果表明 ,T、ST组的茎瘤数量分别为S组的 5 5 %和 89% ,茎瘤生物量则分别为S组的 6 6 %和 90 % ,但各实验组长喙田菁茎瘤的豆血红蛋白和叶绿素含量无显著性差异 ,暗示尾矿环境对茎瘤的固氮活性可能无显著影响。

Abstract:Pot experiment was conducted to evaluate the chlorophyll and leghemoglobin contents of Sesbania rostrata growing in Pb/Zn tailings(T), modefied Pb/Zn tailings(ST) and red soil(S). The results showed that the amount of stem nodules in T and ST was 55% and 89% of that in S, respectively, while the fresh weight of stem nodules was 66% and 90% respectively. There were no significant differences ( P >0 05) in both the values of chlorophyll and leghemoglobin content among the three groups, which implied that Pb/Zn tailings had no significant effect on the N-fixing activity of stem nodules.
