| 摘 要： | 通过将记忆规律应用于运动生理学教学尝试，分析了短时记忆和长时记忆、机械记忆和理解记忆的特征及规律，对记忆规律及保持和遗忘规律在课堂教学和复习中的应用进行了初步探讨，结果表明，在运动生理学教学中，灵活运用记忆规律，对巩固提高教学效果将起到较大作用．

| Abstract: | Thio essay is a tentative study of the application of the caw of memory. Through analysio of the features and laws of short - term memory and long-term memory,and mechanical memory and comprehension memory,the author has carried out a tentative investigation of the application of ithe law off memory and ithe law of maintaining and forgetting in class teaching and revision,it has been found out that ithe flexible application of the law of memory in teaching kinematin - physiology may improve the effects of teaching greatly. |
