| 摘 要： | 主动与被动是矛盾的两个方面，它们互为条件，而且还可以相互转化．通过对排球比赛中如何避免被动，有意识争取主动的问题进行分析研究，提出了在排球竞赛中争取主动的三种方法，即如何进行赛前训练、临场指导、场上角逐．

| Abstract: | The activeness and the passiveness are two aspects of contradiction. They are conditional,and can also transform each other. This thesis analyses and researches the question on how to avoid the passiveness and gain the active consciously in volleyball match. Three kinds of methods to gain the active in volleyball contest have been proposed namely how to do exercises before match,guide when participating in a contest. and contend in a contest. |
