| Abstract: | Environmental emergencies monitoring such as uncontrolled,unplanned or accidental releases of toxic or hazardous substances is divided into two parts,one is regular emergencies monitoring preparation,and the other is the responding monitoring.It is very important to prepare well for monitoring which aimed to prompt response and take accurate and effecitve emergency measures to control the incidents. |
