| 摘 要： | 研究了抗坏血酸磷钼蓝的显色反应体系 ,考察测定最佳条件 ,建立了一种测定水果、蔬菜、药物中抗坏血酸含量的方法 .该法检测限为 1 .0× 1 0 - 7g/m L,抗坏血酸质量浓度 0 .0 1 0～1 .5 0 0 mg/5 0 m L范围内服从比尔定律 .已用于水果蔬菜中抗坏血酸的测定 .
