| 摘 要： | 3GPP协议是在GSM和GPRS基础上发展而来的，在阅读或开发3GPP的规范时，若预先知道它和GPRS的异同点．会极大地节省时间。首先对3GPP和GPRS的协议模型进行了分析，然后重点讨论了在UE端两种系统中RLC的工作原理，并在分析它们异同点的基础上．得出了3GPP的RLC更具优越性的结论。

| Abstract: | Because 3GPP derives from GSM and GPRS, when 3GPP production is developed, it is very indispensable to know the difference between them. Thi s paper first analyzed their protocol model, then focused on their principle in RLC sub-layer at the UE side.At last, a conclusion was reached based on analyzi ng the difference: 3 GPP RLC is more advanced than GPRS in RLC sub-layer. |
