| 摘 要： | 高校中层干部不仅在学校的发展、壮大、稳定过程中扮演着十分重要的角色,而且在培养社会主义事业接班人的过程中所扮演的角色更为重要,它涉及到我国教育目的实现和国家的未来政权的稳定,他们的素质状况将直接影响其作用的发挥,因此我们有必要努力提高他们的综合素质。
