摘    要:近年来国内外研制的微量元素、维生素、氨基酸等畜禽添加剂,其主要作用是促进畜禽生长,提高饲料利用率,缩短生长周期,但关于添加剂对肉质和瘦肉率的提高目前国内报导极少.因此,关于猪的高效添加剂的研究,被列入河南省科委重大科研项目之一。由新乡科技局具体组织领导攻关,我们共进行过四批试验,总共二百多头猪,试验重复性较好,产品已达预期目的.


THE FEEDING ADDITIVE FORNOI COMMON PIGS AND FOR PIGS WITH MUCH LEAN FLESH
Abstract:In the tast two years (1983-1984), the feeding addifive for No, I common pigs and for pigs much lean flesh has been tested for four times Over two hundred head of pigs have been tested and the result is what has been expected, and the data of the tests are correct and reliable The chief advantages of this feeding addiiive are as follows 1、This poly-factor feeding additive is the first product of its kind in Henan provinee 2、The ratio of lean flesh of common pigs (local black pigs as (female) parents and Yorkshire as male) is 51.5% compared with that of the lean flesh of the lean flesh of thenpigs which only have fodder without the additive the ratio of lean tlesh is 2.5~7% higher, which approaches the nationa ivel 3、The, ratio of lean flesh of the cross-bred pig with muck lean lesh is 58.5~59.13%, which is 2.5~3.83% higher than that of the plgs that only have fodder without the additive 4、Various improvements have been made on certain distinguishing festures of pigs concerning the ratio of lean flesh, such as thickness of the flesh of the pig' s back, the muscle area around the pig's eyes, and the hind legs. 5、the additive has obvious effects on the pig's daily growth, on the shorfening of the pig's gro'uing period and on the utilization ratio of its feeding. 6、The additive also has a certain disease resistant ability. 7、The technological process of its manufacturing is simple ani the price is low. This additive canbe easily spread in the countryside in Henan province.
