油松松针的挥发油成分分析

摘    要:对辽宁油松松针挥发性成分进行分析和鉴定,测得松针挥发油的含量为1.7%.用GC/MS法从油松松针挥发油中分离并确认出22种化学成分;用峰面积归一化法通过HP-59970C化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发油中的百分含量.

Abstract:The essential oil constituents from pinus tabulaeformis carr. pine needles were extracted , isolated and identified. The essential oil content of the pinus tabulaeformis carr. pine needles is 1. 7%. Twenty two kinds of chemical constituents were identified and the structures were determined using gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Every chemical constituent percent content in the essential oil was obtained using area normalization method of HP-59970 Chemstation.
