| 摘 要： | 介绍了机器视觉系统的基本结构及测试过程中遇到的尺寸失真的问题，在不同相机参数下进行电机磁瓦的图像采集，分析采集的图像质量，选取其中两组关键参数下相机采集的图像，对其进行图像的边缘分析，找出造成测量长度失真的原因，并提出了相应的解决方法．

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the basic structure of the machine vision system and the problems encountered in measurmg and analyzes the length distortion situation in length measurement. Motor-magnetictile images of different parameters of cameras are collected, image quality and image edges are analyzed, the reasons for the distortion are identified, and corresponding solutions are suggested. |
