“九五”时期发展东莞经济的对策思考

解决“八五”时期东莞经济发展中存在的问题，应作系统思考，本文借鉴国内外的有益经验，结合东莞实际，提出了八个方面的对策，把改造传统农业和保护耕地相联系，把“第二次工业革命”落到企业载体上，把扶贫同寻找商机和改善产业结构相联系，以及强调地区形象设计和企业与政府的决策要从经验型向科学型转化。

THE THOUGHTS OF COUNTERMEASURES TO DONGGUAN'S ECONOMICAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE NINTH FIVE-YEAR PLAN PERIOD
