摘    要:多部件串联系统存在复杂的相关性,制定最优的维修策略以保持最低的维护成本是设备科学管理的关键之一。本文提出多部件串联系统动态成组机会维修策略。该策略在考虑部件间的经济相关性和结构相关性的基础上,以节省的总维修成本最大为目标,构建了有限时间内系统维修优化模型;应用了遗传算法对系统各部件进行分组优化,解决了NP难问题;应用滚动计划,将长期计划与短期计划相结合,实现对维修计划的动态实时更新。案例分析表明,该方法能够有效地降低维修成本,值得在工程实践中借鉴。

Abstract:There are complex dependencies among multi-component series systems, so developing the optimal maintenance strategy to maintain the minimum maintenance cost is one of the keys to equipment scientific management. The method considers economic dependence and structural dependence among components, and develops a finite time system maintenance optimization model to maximize the saving of total maintenance cost. The method uses the genetic algorithm to optimize the components of the system and solve the non-deterministic polynomial (NP) hard problem. Finally, the method applies the rolling plan, combining the long term plan with the short-term plan to realize the dynamic real-time update of the maintenance plan. According to the case, the method is effective and feasible, and worth learning in engineering practice.
