普通语言学视角下的"港台腔"与"方言热"——试论推动语言发展的三种力量

经过50年的实行,普通话推广政策已取得了相当大的成绩。而近年来,社会上又掀起了一股“方言热”。针对民族共同语与方言之间的关系,运用费尔迪南.德.索绪尔所提出的“乡土根性”和“交际的力量”来分析这些语言事实的发展,并结合社会历史的发展提出了推动语言事实发展的第三种力量:媒介的力量。

The Analysis of "Hong Kong and Taiwan Accents" and "the Dialectical Fad" in the Perspective of General Linguistics——On the Three Factors Affecting Language Development

There has been an outstanding achievement in popularizing mandarin since the policy was carried out fifty years ago.Despite the common use of mandarin,an upsurge of dialects came about in recent years.It cannot be denied that there exist close relationships between the national standard language and dialects.To make the interrelationship more evident,this paper analyzes the development of such linguistic phenomena based on the theory of "provincialism" and "intercourse" presented by Ferdinand,De Saussure.Additionally,through deliberate investigation,the author emphasizes the greater function of the third factor affecting linguistic development: media.
