| Abstract: | Based on the survey on current situation of intellectual property fights education of higher vocational and technical colleges＇ students, objective of teaching and training as well as demand of employment market, this article analyses the necessity and existing problems of intellectual property fights education of students, and then puts forward the reasonable strategies according to the colleges＇ orientation and characteristics. |
