| 摘 要： | 利用薄层色谱法对妇斑消胶囊中人参 ,当归进行了定性鉴别 ,并用薄层扫描法对人参中人参皂苷Rg1行了含量测定。结果表明 ,在TLC色谱中能检出当归 ,人参 ;人参皂苷Rg1在 1.0 5 .0 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,妇斑消胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1含量在 0 .0 2 5 %左右 ,平均回收率为 97.7%。本实验研究为妇斑消胶囊质量标准制定提供了依据。

| Abstract: | We applied the technique of TLC to identify Radix angelicae sinesis, Radix ginseng and used TLC scanning to determine the content of Ginsenoside Rg\-1. The result showed that Radix angelicae sinensis, Radix ginseng can be determined by TLC. Ginsenoside Rg\-1 showed good linear relationship in the range of 1.0μg-5.0μg and the content of Ginsenoside Rg\-1 was 0.025%, average recovery was 97.7%. The basis of the qualitative analysis of Fubanxiao Capsule can be offered by this study. |
