摘    要:本文研究了预冷拔变形对普通碳素15双相钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,预冷拔变形使双相钢的屈服强度下降,抗拉强度增加,屈服机制发生变化。通过显微组织和透射薄膜分析了组织和性能之间的关系。

Abstract:The effect of predrawing on the structure and the mechanical properties of the 15 dual-phase steel was studied in this paper.It was obs- erved that the tensile strength of the 15 dual-phase steel increased with increasing predrawing but the proof stress dropped down.The predrawing also had an effect on the behavior of the yielding.The realationship bet- ween the structure and the properties was examined by using TEM foil analysis.
