| Abstract: | Henan is a major province of culture with rich and generous cultural relics and resources.Therefore,Henan may well take the lead to realize the rise of central plains culture by reorganizing our cultural resources and enhancing our cultural competitive power,so that we can speed up the tempo of constructing a harmonious society in Henan. |
