摘    要:学分制具有主体认定、自主选择、质量监控和效能刺激等功能 ;在高等教育改革发展新形势下 ,它对于实施素质教育、保障高教“大众化”阶段的教育质量、多快好省地培养复合型创新人才、促进教学基本建设具有积极的意义 ;推广学分制、出台配套措施、坚持兴利除弊和因地制宜 ,是有效发挥学分制功能的前提和条件

Abstract:Credit system is featured with the functions such as subject|affirmation, self|selection, quality|control and efficiency|stimulus. Under the new circumstances of higher educational reform and development, the application of credit system can contribute positively to the implementation of quality|orientated education, to the maintenance of higher education quality for the mass, to the better, faster and more economical cultivation of innovative and versatile talents, and to the promotion of academic development. The widespread application of credit system, in line with its supporting measures appropriate to concrete conditions, is a necessary prerequisite for its effective performance.
