| Abstract: | Credit system is featured with the functions such as subject|affirmation, self|selection, quality|control and efficiency|stimulus. Under the new circumstances of higher educational reform and development, the application of credit system can contribute positively to the implementation of quality|orientated education, to the maintenance of higher education quality for the mass, to the better, faster and more economical cultivation of innovative and versatile talents, and to the promotion of academic development. The widespread application of credit system, in line with its supporting measures appropriate to concrete conditions, is a necessary prerequisite for its effective performance. |
