| 摘 要： | 对有效教学的追求己成为全世界关注的话题,人们越来越关注大学教师在课堂上的教学有效性和如何进行有效教学。为改变目前思想政治理论课教育教学中常常出现的教学效果不理想的状况,从教师主体因素和教学改革角度来看,提高思想政治理论课教学的有效性,良好的教师素质是提高教学有效性的关键;而深化教学改革,则是提高教学有效性的重要途径。
