基于奇异值分解自适应图像压缩的优化算法

摘    要:结合图像质量评价体系,在基于奇异值分解的动态压缩比优化方法的基础之上提出一种新的优化算法.该优化算法可以解决基于奇异值分解的动态压缩比优化方法中不能根据不同图像的特点对每幅图像自适应地进行图像压缩的缺陷,并能根据需求,预先设定压缩图像的质量范围,使压缩图像达到指定的压缩率或清晰度,从而满足指定的要求.经实验证明,该优化算法切实可行,具有较高的实用价值.
